How to create an account?

The first step of Steeple and participate in your company's internal communication is to create an account 👍

If you received an email invitation, click on the link. Step 1 fields will be already filled 👌

➡️ To get started, go here. You can then fill in these different fields :
  • First name
  • Last Name
  • Mail address
  • Password

🔵 Step 1 : go on Steeple

👉 Fill in a working email address. You will need it in case of password loss.

  • Click on Register to validate. You can then join your community !

🔵 Step 2 : personalize your profile

 

After making a request to join your community (lien à mettre), you will be able to fill in your profile information :

 

- Photo 📸

If you decide to skip this step for now, click on Skip this step. You can add a photo later from your personal space.

 

💡 The photo will allow your colleagues to recognize you more easily on Steeple, and your future colleagues to identify you more quickly.

 

- Birthday 🎂

 

It is used in the "Birthday" module, allowing to display today's birthdays. You will no longer have excuses for forgetting your colleagues' birthdays 😉

You can skip this step and add it later from your personal space 👍

💡Your year of birth will never be displayed! Only month and day are visible.

 

- 4 digit-code

 

👉 It will allow you to interact with your community from your Steeple bulletin board
