The Seniority module lets you celebrate your employees' anniversaries of joining the company. It's the perfect way to thank them for their loyalty!
📢 If the module is not activated, the Entry date field will not appear in the profiles.
How do you add it?
Step 1: To add the module, go to Administration, then Modules, Available tab. Search for the Seniority module, then launch the installation by clicking on Learn more then Install.
Step 2: If you have a touchscreen connected to your community, you can add this module to the TV display. By default, the module is available on mobile versions and browsers.
How do you use it?
The Seniority module is visible from the notice board, the web browser and the mobile application, and only appears on days when members of the company have a birthday to celebrate.
Each member who registers with Steeple can enter their own arrival date when they confirm their registration. The module must be installed beforehand, otherwise the field will not be active in employee profiles. Each member can change this date by going to their profile settings.
💡 For administrators, company entry dates can be entered directly into the member import file from Administration.
You can also remove the module using the red Uninstall button at the top right of the Module Settings page.
Tip: Set up gifts according to seniority and mark the presentation of gifts with a photo posted on ... Steeple!
