My screen doesn't work: what should I do?

Is your TV showing a black or white screen? NO SIGNAL or NO VGA message written?

If despite all the tests the screen seems defective, know that it is guaranteed for 3 years by iiyama.
If the Chromebox indicator does not light up even though it is well supplied with electricity, they are guaranteed for 3 years.
