Goodays is a platform that allows the management of customer interactions and the optimization of the customer experience on a daily basis through various KPIs and indicators.
How does this apply to Steeple?
Once the integration is in place, you will be able to create and customize your own indicators, directly linked to your Goodays platform. You will be able to integrate them and make them visible to your communities.
What are the prerequisites?
To set up this integration, you must:
- Be an administrator of your community
- Have an account on Goodays
- Have administrative rights related to your instance to be able to retrieve the token on Goodays
Set up
First, go to your Steeple administration, then “Integration” and click on “Install”
You must then retrieve the access token from Goodays and enter it
Then, still from your administration, go to Modules, then install a new Indicator module
In the Mode step, select the source Gooday
Then enter its name, and if you want to display a specific indicator, enter its Goodays identifier as well
Note: if you do not enter an identifier, the chosen indicator will be the one corresponding to your global Goodays instance.
You then get a preview
In the very end, all you have to do is select your display
Note: the data displayed will be that of the month preceding the current one. (M-1)
