How to use Steeple Jobs App ?

The Steeple Jobs App streamlines internal mobility and referrals, enabling HR to share, manage, and promote job offers while empowering employees to apply or recommend candidates seamlessly.

1. Introduction to the Steeple Jobs App

Overview of the Steeple Jobs App

The Steeple Jobs App is your dedicated space for referrals and internal mobility on Steeple.

Centralize your job offers: The app allows you to communicate in real-time with all your employees by sharing available internal mobility and referral opportunities. It also helps manage the entire process, from posting the job offer to reviewing the application. A real time-saver for your recruitment efforts!

Easily share your job offers: Why offer positions for internal mobility and referrals if they’re not visible to your employees? To engage them in internal recruitment, it’s essential to share the opportunities available. By using Jobs, you can communicate transparently about internal mobility and referral opportunities.

Facilitate internal mobility: In a context where HR faces a real shortage of candidates and increasing turnover, focusing on your internal talents offers numerous advantages.

Boost referrals: Your employees are your best ambassadors. They showcase your company culture and share your values. Involve them in your recruitment process and trust your employees by letting them recommend potential candidates.

  • Settings: Includes options such as assigning the “HR” role to create new job offers.

The Settings page is only visible to Global Administrators in your Steeple organization.

4. Features

Creating a Job Offer

This feature is only accessible to users with the “HR” role.

From the Job Offers page, use the “Create a New Job Offer” button. You’ll define:

  • Job offer visibility: Available to all Steeple members or restricted to specific communities.
  • Position details: Number of openings, location, and contract type.
  • Application types: Whether internal mobility and/or referrals are allowed.
  • Job description.

You can either publish the offer immediately or save it as a draft for later. Drafts are only visible to users with the “HR” role. Published offers are visible across all devices (mobile, computer, TV).

Promoting job offers: Every publication can be an opportunity for a dedicated news feed post to increase visibility.

Publishing a Job Offer

This feature is only accessible to users with the “HR” role.

From the Job Offers page, open a draft offer and select “Publish Offer.” Published offers become visible to all employees based on the chosen visibility criteria.

Import Job Offers

This feature is only accessible to users with the “HR” role.

The job offer import feature allows you to automatically retrieve offers published on external websites and quickly integrate them into your Steeple workspace. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze web page content and extract key information from job offers.

How to access the import feature
From the “Job Offers” page, click on the “Import Offers” button in the top action bar.

Import process
Step 1: Enter the URL
- Enter the URL of a specific job offer or a page listing multiple offers
- Click “Validate” to start the analysis

Step 2: Automatic content detection
The system automatically analyzes the page to determine its type:
- Single offer: One job offer detected
- List of offers: Multiple job offers detected on the page
- No relevant content: The page does not contain any job offers

Case 1: Importing a single offer
The offer is automatically extracted and created in your Jobs space with the “DRAFT” status.
You will be redirected to the offer list, filtered to show drafts.

Case 2: Importing from a list of offers
- A list of detected offers appears with their titles and URLs
- Check the offers you want to import (a “Select all offers” button is available)
- Click “Import” to create the selected offers

What happens after the import?
- All imported offers are created with the “DRAFT” status
- Extracted information includes: title, contract type, location, and description
- You can then edit each offer before publishing it
- A success notification confirms the creation of the offers

Important notes
Compatible site types
- Job boards
- Company career pages
- Specialized recruitment platforms
- Public job sites (administration, local authorities)

Limitations
- The import only works for publicly accessible web pages
- Pages requiring authentication or protected access cannot be analyzed
- The extraction quality depends on the source page’s structure

Possible errors
- “Invalid URL”: Check that the URL is correctly entered and accessible
- “No offer found”: The page does not contain any detectable job offers
- “Import error”: Temporary technical issue — please try again later

Practical tips
Before importing
- Make sure the URL leads to a job offer or a page listing offers
- Prefer pages with recent and relevant job postings for your organization

After importing
- Always review the extracted information before publishing
- Fill in any missing fields if necessary
