# Permisos y roles

## Rol de RR. HH.

El rol **RR. HH.** da acceso a todas las funcionalidades de gestión de ofertas y candidaturas:

* Crear, modificar, publicar y eliminar ofertas de empleo
* Consultar todas las candidaturas de todas las ofertas
* Cambiar el estado de las candidaturas (Nueva → En revisión → Aceptada/Rechazada)
* Eliminar candidaturas
* Consultar las estadísticas de visualizaciones de las ofertas
* Gestionar los permisos de otros usuarios

## Usuario estándar

Los colaboradores sin rol de RR. HH. pueden:

* Consultar las ofertas de empleo **abiertas** de las comunidades de las que forman parte
* Postular en **movilidad interna** (si está activada en la oferta)
* Recomendar a un candidato en **cooptación** (si está activada en la oferta)
* Ver y gestionar sus propias candidaturas en **Mis candidaturas**

## Asignar el rol de RR. HH.

1. Vaya a **Empleos** > **Configuración** (`/app/jobs/settings`)
2. Busque al colaborador
3. Asígnele el rol de RR. HH.

Solo los administradores de la organización y los usuarios de RR. HH. existentes pueden gestionar los roles.
