# ¿Cómo hacer seguimiento de la consulta de documentos?

### Seguimiento de visualizaciones

La aplicación Docs permite hacer un seguimiento de quién ha consultado un documento y cuántas veces.

#### Información disponible

* **Contador de vistas** : número total de consultas por documento
* **Lista de lectores** : qué colaboradores han consultado el documento
* **Fecha de consulta** : cuándo cada colaborador abrió el documento

#### Acceder a las estadísticas de consulta

Desde los detalles de un documento, una sección muestra la información de consulta.

### Compartir documentos

Un documento puede compartirse de varias formas:

* **Publicar en el feed de noticias** (News): crear una publicación vinculada al documento con una descripción
* **Copiar el enlace** : obtener un enlace interno al documento (requiere autenticación de Steeple)

### Acceso y seguridad

Los documentos requieren autenticación en dispositivos móviles y de escritorio. En las pantallas de TV, los documentos son accesibles sin inicio de sesión individual, lo que puede representar una consideración de seguridad en espacios públicos.

### Lo que puede hacer el asistente

El asistente no puede mostrar las estadísticas de consulta. Puede explicar cómo acceder al seguimiento de consultas en la aplicación Docs.
