# ¿Cómo modificar o restablecer mi contraseña?

### Modificar su contraseña (conectado)

Ir a **Configuración** > **Cuenta** > **Contraseña**.

1. Hacer clic en el botón de modificación
2. Confirmar su identidad
3. Introducir la nueva contraseña

#### Reglas de la contraseña

La contraseña debe contener como mínimo:

* 8 caracteres
* 1 letra mayúscula
* 1 letra minúscula
* 1 cifra

### Contraseña olvidada

Si se olvida la contraseña, desde la página de inicio de sesión:

1. Hacer clic en **Contraseña olvidada**
2. Introducir la dirección de correo electrónico de la cuenta
3. Se envía un correo electrónico que contiene un enlace de restablecimiento
4. Hacer clic en el enlace y definir una nueva contraseña

El enlace de restablecimiento tiene un período de validez limitado. Si el enlace ha caducado, volver a realizar la solicitud.

### Restricción de SSO

La modificación de la contraseña no está **disponible** para los miembros de comunidades que utilizan la autenticación SSO. La contraseña es gestionada por el proveedor de identidad.

### Lo que puede hacer el asistente

Un administrador puede pedir al asistente que restablezca la contraseña de un colaborador a través del ámbito Administración. El usuario recibe entonces un correo electrónico de restablecimiento.
