# ¿Cómo modificar mi dirección de correo electrónico?

### Modificar su dirección de correo electrónico

Ir a **Configuración** > **Cuenta** > **Dirección de correo electrónico**.

1. Hacer clic en el botón de modificación
2. Confirmar su identidad
3. Introducir la nueva dirección de correo electrónico
4. Se envía un correo electrónico de confirmación a la nueva dirección
5. Hacer clic en el enlace de confirmación del correo electrónico recibido

Mientras la nueva dirección no esté confirmada, el estado "pendiente de confirmación" se muestra en la configuración.

### Restricción de SSO

La modificación de la dirección de correo electrónico no está **disponible** para los miembros de comunidades que utilizan la autenticación SSO. En este caso, la dirección de correo electrónico es gestionada por el proveedor de identidad.

### Lo que puede hacer el asistente

El asistente no puede modificar la dirección de correo electrónico de un usuario. Puede explicar el procedimiento.
