# Comprender mi nivel de adopción de Steeple

### Situarse para superar las etapas

Esta página ayuda a situarse, analizar sus datos y actuar para progresar hacia una comunicación atractiva, unificadora y centralizada.

### Plan de acción por nivel

#### Nivel 0 — Steeple es una herramienta adicional

* **Objetivo** : integrar Steeple en los usos
* **Herramientas** : identificar las herramientas competidoras (WhatsApp, papel, correo electrónico) y eliminarlas
* **Comunicadores** : formar a quienes siguen publicando en otros lugares
* **Empleados** : comprobar la visibilidad de las pantallas y la instalación de la app

#### Nivel 1 — Steeple cohabita con otras herramientas

* **Objetivo** : reducir la redundancia
* **Herramientas** : aclarar las normas de comunicación interna
* **Comunicadores** : fomentar publicaciones periódicas para crear hábitos
* **Empleados** : sensibilizar a los responsables, impulsar el uso móvil

#### Nivel 2 — Steeple es el canal principal

* **Objetivo** : unificar la adopción
* **Herramientas** : comprobar la persistencia de herramientas antiguas en determinados departamentos
* **Comunicadores** : reactivar a los colaboradores inactivos, variar los contenidos
* **Empleados** : fomentar las interacciones (me gusta, comentarios)

#### Nivel 3 — Steeple es la plataforma central

* **Objetivo** : crear un compromiso duradero
* **Herramientas** : optimizar las pantallas (funcionamiento, visibilidad) y la app móvil
* **Comunicadores** : formar en la escritura atractiva, seguir el compromiso
* **Empleados** : convertir a los lectores en colaboradores
