# ¿Cómo gestionar las solicitudes de adhesión a las comunidades?

### Consultar las solicitudes de adhesión

Vaya a la**Administración**, sección **Empleados** (`/administration/users`).

La pestaña **Solicitudes** muestra la lista de solicitudes de adhesión pendientes. Cada solicitud indica:

* El **colaborador** quién desea unirse a una comunidad
* La **comunidad** destinada

### Aceptar una solicitud

Haga clic en el botón **Aceptar** en la línea de la solicitud. El colaborador se añadirá a la comunidad y podrá acceder a sus contenidos.

### Rechazar una solicitud

Haga clic en el botón **Rechazar** en la línea de la solicitud. El colaborador no se añadirá a la comunidad.

### Procesamiento por lotes

Puede aceptar o rechazar varias solicitudes en una sola operación seleccionando varias solicitudes.
