# Technical requirements for using Steeple

### Internet connectivity

* **Minimum required** : 1 Mb/s
* **Recommended** : 5 Mb/s for the best experience

### Supported web browsers

Steeple works on modern browsers for 30 months after their stable release. As of June 1, 2025, supported browsers are:

* **Google Chrome** (version 108+) — preferred browser
* **Firefox** (version 108+) — preferred browser
* **Microsoft Edge** (version 108+)
* **Safari macOS** (version 15.6+)
* **Safari iOS** (version 15.8+)

Some features may be unavailable on other browsers or older versions.

### Mobile apps

#### Android

* Available on Google Play Store
* Requires **Android 8** or later
* Camera required

#### iOS

* Available on the App Store
* Requires **iOS 15** or later
