🏘️ Communities Space – All your communities brought together in one place

So far, navigating between your different communities in Steeple meant juggling several scattered spaces, without a unified view of all your memberships. This update aims to centralize all of an employee's communities in a dedicated space, with smooth tab-based navigation, and to completely rethink community creation so they are active from day one.

🆕 What’s been updated

• Communities Space : all of an employee's communities gathered in one place, each with its own dedicated tabs (Posts, Conversations, Files, Events…). Smooth navigation from global to local to managerial, in one click.

• New creation flow : a completely redesigned community creation process — manual assignment of employees or dynamic addition by department and/or location, with selection of the first content items (section, conversation, folder) upon creation. No more empty dynamic communities.

• Optional dynamic community creation : when adding a new department or location, or during bulk import, creating the associated community becomes optional — still with preconfigured default content.
