✨ AI Assistant – A new intelligent assistant at the heart of Steeple (beta)

Until now, employees had to navigate between many applications and menus to carry out their everyday actions in Steeple, which could slow adoption and delay recurring tasks. This new feature aims to provide a single, conversational entry point: an AI assistant capable of understanding requests in natural language and orchestrating actions across all Steeple apps, for greater fluidity and autonomy.

🆕 What’s been updated

• New “AI Assistant” entry : adds a dedicated access point in the sidebar, with conversation management (history, new conversation, search).

• Natural-language administration management : add, edit, or suspend employees, manage departments, sites, and communities, configure TV screens, or adjust app visibility, simply by conversing.

• Directory lookup : search for colleagues, view their professional information, or analyze headcount distribution by department and site.

• Profile update : edit your own information (job title, phone, biography, birthday) directly from the assistant.

• News publishing : write, schedule, or edit posts and drafts, manage sections, and generate custom AI illustrations.

• Event organization : plan company events, track attendance, and design personalized cover visuals.

• Recruitment management (Jobs) : create and edit job offers, track applications (internal mobility, referrals), and update their status.

• Messaging exchanges : start private or group conversations, send messages, and add reactions.

• Document browsing (Docs) : explore folders, search for files, and perform smart semantic searches within company document content.

• Shortcuts and feeds (Feeds) : create quick links for employees and set up automatic content feeds (RSS, social networks) or manual ones.

• Notification management : view alerts, mark them as read, and configure receiving preferences or the “Do Not Disturb” schedule.

Until now, to view all posts in a community, you had to go through the News app. This update aims to simplify access to content by bringing all posts from a community together on a single page, accessible in one click from the sidebar.

🆕 What’s been updated

• New “Posts” chevron : adds a dedicated entry in the sidebar, just below each expanded community, to access all its posts in one click.

• Consolidated view : displays all posts from a community on a single page, without having to browse each section.

• Context marker : displays the community name at the top of the page so you always know where you are.

📊 Statistics – Community view generalized across all dashboards

Until now, only some statistical dashboards allowed data to be filtered at the community level, forcing administrators to reason only at the organization level for the other apps. This update aims to provide a consistent and granular view of activity by extending the community view to all dashboards and giving community administrators direct access to their own statistics.

🆕 What’s been updated

• Community view for 6 new dashboards : devices, directory, events, documents, job offers, and feeds now each have their community-specific version, in addition to the organization view.

• Dual-level view : each dashboard offers both an organization-wide view and a community-filtered view, to match the scope of each user.
