# Week of 18/05/2026 — AI Assistant / Posts shortcut / Statistics
**✨ AI Assistant – A new intelligent assistant at the heart of Steeple (beta)**
So far, employees had to navigate between many applications and menus to carry out their day-to-day actions in Steeple, which could slow adoption and delay recurring tasks. This new feature aims to provide a single conversational entry point: an AI assistant capable of understanding requests in natural language and orchestrating actions across all Steeple apps, to make things smoother and give users more autonomy.
🆕 What has been updated
* **New “AI Assistant” entry** : adds a dedicated entry in the side bar, with conversation management (history, new conversation, search).
* **Administration management in natural language** : add, edit, or suspend employees, manage services, sites and Communities, configure TV screens, or adjust application visibility, all through simple conversation.
* **Directory lookup** : search for colleagues, view their professional information, or analyze workforce distribution by department and site.
* **Profile update** : edit your own information (position, phone number, bio, birthday) directly from the assistant.
* **News publishing (News)** : write, schedule, or edit posts and drafts, manage categories, and generate tailor-made illustrations with AI.
* **Event organization** : plan company events, track participation, and design custom cover visuals.
* **Recruitment management (Jobs)** : create and edit job postings, track applications (internal mobility, employee referrals), and update their status.
* **Messaging exchanges** : start private or group conversations, send messages, and add reactions.
* **Browsing Documents (Docs)** : browse folders, search for files, and perform intelligent semantic searches within company document content.
* **Shortcuts and feeds (Feeds)** : create quick links for employees and configure automatic content feeds (RSS, social networks) or manual ones.
* **Notification management** : view alerts, mark them as read, and configure delivery preferences or the “Do not disturb” schedule.

**📰 Posts – Direct access to all the posts in a community**
Until now, to view all the posts in a community, you had to go through the News app. This update aims to simplify access to content by grouping all the posts in a community on a single page, accessible in one click from the side bar.
🆕 What has been updated
* **New “Posts” chevron** : adds a dedicated entry in the side bar, just below each expanded community, to access all its posts in one click.
* **Consolidated view** : displays all the posts in a community on a single page, without having to browse each category.
* **Context marker** : displays the name of the community at the top of the page so you always know where you are.
**📊 Statistics – Community view extended to all dashboards**
Until now, only part of the statistical dashboards allowed data to be filtered at community level, forcing administrators to think only at the organizational level for the other apps. This update aims to provide a consistent, granular view of activity by extending the community view to all dashboards and giving community administrators direct access to their own statistics.
🆕 What has been updated
* **Community view for 6 new dashboards** : devices, directory, events, documents, Jobs, and feeds now all have their community variant, in addition to the organization view.
* **Dual-level view** : each dashboard offers both an organization-wide view and a community-filtered view, to adapt to each user's scope.
