# Week of 06/08/2026 — Read receipt / Add screen from administration

**📰 Publications – New “I have read” button to confirm acknowledgment**

Until now, publication authors had no simple way to make sure recipients had indeed acknowledged important content, nor to follow up with those who had not reacted. This update aims to provide a clear read-confirmation mechanism, particularly useful for regulatory, security, or strategic communications that require named follow-up.

🆕 What's been updated

* **Author-enabled “I have read” button** : addition of an option to the publication allowing readers to confirm that they have acknowledged the content.
* **Reader tracking** : the author views the confirmation counter and accesses the named list of people who clicked.
* **Targeted follow-up** : ability to directly follow up with employees who have not yet confirmed reading.

**📺 TV screens – Complete redesign of administration**

Until now, TV screen management was only accessible by Steeple teams. This redesign aims to unify and give global administrators the ability to manage screens from the admin app, with an end-to-end redesigned journey — from pairing to customization.

🆕 What's been updated

* **Centralized creation and configuration** : administrators can create, configure, and delete their screens directly from the administration area.
* **Opening schedule, subscriptions and customization** : all options (including the countdown) are accessible in the same space, for smooth and consistent management.

**📱 Administration – Connection tracking by device type**

Until now, administrators did not have a clear view of their employees’ actual usage: it was impossible to see at a glance whether a user connected mostly from the web, mobile, or a display board. This update aims to give administrators an immediate read on their teams’ connection modes, to better drive multichannel adoption.

🆕 What's been updated

* **New “Last used device” column** : display of badges and icons on the user admin page to identify at a glance the connection channel (web, mobile, display board).
* **“Recent connections” filter** : ability to filter the user list by device type over the last 30 days.

**📋 Administration – “Regular” status of users**

Until now, identifying regular employees required going through analytics dashboards, with no way to act directly on this signal from user management. This update aims to bring this key information to the heart of administration, so administrators can spot, sort, and activate their engagement levers directly from the user list.

🆕 What's been updated

* **New “Regular status” column** : display of Regular / Non-regular status in the user administration table, with sorting enabled.
