# Week of 04/13/2026 — Directory improvements

## Directory improvement

Managing employees, departments and locations could require several steps and had to go through administration. This update aims to **simplify access to information** and to **speed up daily management actions**.

### 🆕 What's been updated

* Implementation of a **more intuitive side menu**, with icons and visual indicators for navigating between users, departments and locations.
* Addition of **administrative shortcuts** in the header (Add an employee, Manage locations, Manage departments) to access key actions more quickly.
* New **tabbed navigation** with built-in counters, making it possible to quickly view the number of members by category.
