What could be more important than safety! The Work Accident Counter module helps to raise awareness of this issue among all employees.
📢 Only members with Administrator status can install modules!
How do I install the workplace accident counter?
Step 1: Go to your Administration, then Modules, then the Available tab. Once you have found the indicator module, click on Find out more and then Install.
Step 2: Fill in the fields required to put the module online:
🔷 The name of the counter (examples: warehouse, level 1, Lorient depot...)
🔷 Date of last accident
🔷 The record set so far
Using the Notifications option, you can also choose to alert members when the record is broken. Click Next once all the fields have been entered.
Step 4: Preview the module
Step 5: If you have a touchscreen connected to your community, you can add this module to the TV display. By default, the module is available on mobile versions and browsers.
💡 Several indicator modules can be installed!
Each site, depot, location, of a company, will be able to share the latest records and its performance in this area.
📢 Installing the Work Accident module requires regular monitoring and updates by the person who installed the module.
How do I change or reset a counter?
To do this, go to Administration, Modules tab, find the module in the Installed section and then click on Settings.
In the Settings block, click on the Counter information option.
Update all the fields and change the date of the last accident to reset it to zero.
How do I uninstall a meter?
To do this, go to Administration, Modules tab, find the module in the Installed section and then click on Settings. A new window will open and at the top right you will see the red Uninstall button.
