      • PDF Document:

      - limited to one per post
      - Maximum weight: 75 MB

      • Videos:

      - Format: mp4, avi, mov, webm
      - Max weight: 200 MB
      - Max resolution: 3840 x 3840

      • Animated Images (GIF):

      - a bank of GIFs is at your disposal

      • Pictures:

      - Format: jpg, jpeg, png, heif, webp format
      - Maximum weight: 5 MB
      - Max resolution: 3840 x 3840
      - Recommended resolution: 550 x 430

      ➡️ On PC and Mobile:

      • Height: from 0 to 550px
      • Width: 550px

      ⚠️ Portrait images and videos will be cropped to display in 1:1 aspect ratio
