You can customize the publication rights of your collaborators in all your subcategories. By giving publication rights to a collaborator, he becomes a contributor to your community 🖋
1 - What is a contributor ?
A contributor is a member of your community who has posting rights in one or more subcategories.
❗ Contribution rights are independent of your status on Steeple. Being an administrator does not necessarily mean being a contributor.
2 - How to set the publication rights
👉 Publication rights are set from the Categories tab in your administration, in the sub-category settings.
➡️ Click on the 3 dots in front of your sub-categories to open the settings menu for them 😉
In this menu, you will find several customization options for your sub-categories which are detailed here. 👍

You have three options for changing contribution rights:
- All members can post
- Only administrators can post
- Only specific members can post
If the first two options speak for themselves, when the last option is checked, the following options will appear 👇

👉 By activating or deactivating your users' switches, you give or remove their rights to publish in the selected subcategory 😀
