Create a job posting

To create a job posting, go to Jobs > Job offers (/app/jobs) and click the button Create a posting.

Required information

  • Title of the position

  • Contract type : permanent contract, fixed-term contract, seasonal fixed-term contract, freelance, internship, or work-study

  • Location of the position

  • Description of the position (rich text)

  • Communities : at least one community must be selected to define who will see the posting

Application options

  • Referral : if enabled, employees can recommend external candidates (name, email, phone, CV)

  • Internal mobility : if enabled, employees can apply internally with a cover letter

Publish or save as draft

  • Draft : the posting is saved but is not visible to employees. You will be able to publish it later.

  • Open : the posting is immediately published and visible to members of the selected communities.

Visibility

The posting is visible only to members of the communities it is linked to. To make it visible to the entire organization, select the main community (the one that contains all members).

Import from an external site

The application allows you to import job postings from job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) using an AI-assisted import feature. This feature is in beta.

Required permission

Only users who have the HR role can create job postings.
