Jobs app — Job postings and applications

Overview

Jobs is Steeple’s job offer management application. It allows you to publish job offers, receive internal applications (mobility) and external recommendations (referrals).

What the assistant can do

With the scope Job offers, the assistant can:

• List all job offers in the organization

• Consult the details of an offer (title, location, contract type, description, status)

• Create a new job offer

• Edit an existing offer (title, description, status, etc.)

• Delete an offer

• View applications associated with an offer

• Change status of an application (New → Under review → Accepted/Rejected)

• View analytics of an offer (who viewed it)

Contract types

The available contract types are:

• Permanent contract — Open-ended contract

• Fixed-term contract — Fixed-term contract

• Seasonal fixed-term contract

• Freelance

• Internship

• Apprenticeship

Offer statuses

• Draft : the offer is not visible to employees

• Open : the offer is published and visible

• Closed : the offer is archived, no longer visible

Applications

Two types of applications:

• Internal mobility : an employee applies for an internal position

• Referral : an employee recommends an external candidate

Application statuses: New → Under review → Accepted or Rejected

Permissions

• Shared HR users can create, modify, delete offers and manage applications

• Shared standard users only see open offers and can apply or make referrals

• The HR role is managed in the Settings of the Jobs application

Navigation

The Jobs application is accessible from Steeple’s main menu (/app/jobs). If it does not appear, check its visibility in Administration > Applications (/administration/apps).
