How do I change my email address?

Change your email address

Go to Settings > Account > Email address.

1. Click the edit button

2. Confirm your identity

3. Enter the new email address

4. A confirmation email is sent to the new address

5. Click the confirmation link in the email you received

As long as the new address is not confirmed, the status "pending confirmation" is displayed in the settings.

SSO restriction

Changing the email address is not available for community members using SSO authentication. In this case, the email address is managed by the identity provider.

What the assistant can do

The assistant cannot change a user's email address. It can explain the procedure.
