How do I sign up with an employee ID?

Registration by employee ID

Some Steeple communities use a registration method by identification number (employee ID) instead of the usual email. This mode is configured by the community administrator.

First login

When registering for the first time in a community with an ID number:

1. Go to the community registration link

2. Enter the following information:

   • Identification number (employee ID provided by the company)

   • Date of birth

   • First name and Last name

   • Email address

   • Password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number)

   • Acceptance of the Terms of Use

3. Submit registration

Subsequent logins

After the first registration, log in with theemail and password set during registration (and no longer with the ID number).

What the assistant can do

The assistant cannot handle registration via ID number. It can explain how it works and guide the user.
