How do I sign up with an employee number?

Registration by employee ID

Some Steeple communities use a registration mode with identification number (employee ID) instead of the usual email. This mode is configured by the community administrator.

First login

During the first registration in a community with an employee ID:

1. Go to the community registration link

2. Enter the following information:

   • Identification number (employee ID provided by the company)

   • Date of birth

   • First name and Name

   • Email address

   • Password (8 characters minimum, with uppercase, lowercase, and number)

   • Acceptance of the Terms of Use

3. Validate the registration

Subsequent logins

After the first registration, log in with theemail and password defined during registration (and no longer with the employee ID).

What the assistant can do

The assistant cannot handle registration by employee ID. It can explain how it works and guide the user.
