# The 8 pillars of a successful launch

## 1. Pre-launch teasing

Build curiosity before the launch through a humorous mini-campaign. Example: *"Your bulletin board is retiring"*.

## 2. Coordinated launch (Launch day)

Schedule invitations simultaneously (8:30–9:00 a.m.) to create a **sense of collective momentum**, or set a specific time slot as an appointment.

## 3. Spectacular reveal

If you have Steeple screens, set up a **live countdown** with animation or a speech to mark the moment.

## 4. Pre-filled platform

**Never open Steeple empty.** Prepare in advance:

* A message from the leader
* Team photos
* The schedule
* Useful resources
* Fun polls

## 5. Ambassador group

Select 2–3 days before launch employees who volunteer to:

* Test the platform
* Post content
* Act as relays

## 6. Festive event

Organize a breakfast and activities (selfies, quizzes, prize draws) to **celebrate together**.

## 7. Message from the leader

An official post from the leader that:

* Sets the tone
* Explains the goals
* Encourages participation

## 8. Removal of old tools

Clarify the transition by simultaneously disabling:

* The paper bulletin board
* Paper newsletters
* The other competing channels
