# Audit before installing Steeple

### Why audit

Before installing Steeple, a full audit of the organization makes it possible to **a clear mapping of audiences**, a useful assessment for deployment and concrete arguments to mobilize management.

### 1. Employee audit

* Identify the **job types** : office-based, mobile, in production
* Assess the**equipment** available: smartphones, computers, internet access
* Analyze the **current uses** of internal communication and the level of digitalization

### 2. Audit of places and environments

* List the **key areas** : break rooms, cafeterias, lobbies, changing rooms
* Document the **attendance** and peak times
* Check the **technical constraints** for installing screens

### 3. Audit of communication tools

* Map the **existing channels** : paper postings, emails, meetings, intranet
* Note the **frequency** and the source of the content
* Assess the**perceived effectiveness** of each channel

### 4. Audit of partners and solutions

* Identify the **external resources** : firms, agencies, providers
* Inventory the **digital tools** existing
* Identify the **potential synergies** or overlaps with Steeple
