Ensure the quality and regularity of communication

Two essential ingredients: quality and consistency

The communicator plays a key role in bringing company life to life. For publications to have real impact, two ingredients are essential: quality and consistency.

What is quality communication

An effective publication is a publication seen, read, and appreciated.

The right indicators

  • Number of views : has the content reached its target audience?

  • Number of likes : did colleagues find it useful or enjoyable?

  • Number of interactions : did it trigger reactions, comments?

The 6 golden rules of an effective publication

  1. Embodiment : a visible and identifiable author

  2. Impactful visual : quality image or video

  3. Catchy title : simple, direct, memorable

  4. Single message : one idea per publication

  5. Interaction : ask a question, start a discussion

  6. Strategic timing : publish at the right time (morning, early in the week, before lunch break, etc.)

The 5H tip for engaging content

  • Human : speak directly to employees

  • Story : tell a story, not just inform

  • Humor : a little lightness, when the tone fits

  • Honesty : be authentic in the messages

  • Humility : adopt a sincere and approachable tone

Ensure consistency

Quality alone is not enough: consistency creates the appointment. It gives internal communication a rhythm.

Some good practices

  • Create rituals : a fixed weekly publication (e.g., Monday morning, “HR Minute”)

  • Appoint regular contributors : identify reliable relays in each department or site

  • Animate the collective : encourage cross-contributions (HR, HSE, CSE, managers)

The tip: the shared monthly report

Every month, publish a summary of publication performance on Steeple:

  • Number of publications

  • Best posts of the month

  • Most active contributors

  • Suggestions for improvement

  • New contributors

Bonus: tag contributors to publicly recognize and thank them.

Field objective

  • Identify the least engaged communities or sites

  • Understand which formats and themes work best

  • Target follow-up or training actions

  • Create a virtuous cycle: more quality ➝ more interactions ➝ more impact
