This page helps you position yourself, analyze your data, and act to progress toward engaging, unifying, and centralized communication.

### Action plan by level

#### Level 0 — Steeple is an additional tool

* **Objective** : integrate Steeple into everyday use
* **Tools** : identify competing tools (WhatsApp, paper, email) and remove them
* **Communicators** : train those who continue to publish elsewhere
* **Employees** : check the visibility of the screens and the app installation

#### Level 1 — Steeple coexists with other tools

* **Objective** : reduce redundancy
* **Tools** : clarify the internal communication rules
* **Communicators** : encourage regular posts to build habits
* **Employees** : raise awareness among managers, boost mobile usage

#### Level 2 — Steeple is the main channel

* **Objective** : unify adoption
* **Tools** : check whether old tools are still being used in certain departments
* **Communicators** : re-engage inactive contributors, vary the content
* **Employees** : encourage interactions (likes, comments)

#### Level 3 — Steeple is the central platform

* **Objective** : create lasting engagement
