Assistant recipes

The recipes are ready-to-use use cases for the AI assistant: pre-written requests that you simply launch with one click instead of writing the message yourself.

They are grouped on the page Recipes ("Ready-to-use use cases"). There are two types of recipes there:

  • the recipes offered by Steeple ;

  • the recipes created by your organization, which can be linked to an assistant.

Use a recipe

  • Open the page Recipes

  • Choose a recipe: its title and a short description indicate what it does

  • The recipe starts a conversation and automatically sends the corresponding request to the relevant assistant

The assistant can then ask for clarification (for example, the name or date of an event) before producing a result. As with any writing action, it asks for your confirmation before creating or modifying anything.

Find a recipe

The Recipes lets you filter the list:

  • Search for a recipe… by keyword

  • by source : All sources, Offered by Steeple or Created by my organization

  • by assistant : All assistants or a specific assistant

On each card, a badge Steeple identifies the official recipes; organization recipes linked to an assistant display the name of that assistant.

Recipes offered by Steeple

These recipes are written and maintained by Steeple, and may evolve over time. Depending on your profile:

  • some are visible to all employees ;

  • others are reserved for administrators (for example, "Analyze my usage statistics" or "Status of my screens").

Recipes created by your organization

Your organization can create its own recipes. Their creation, modification, and deletion are reserved for administrators.

Create a recipe

  • From the page Recipes, click on Add a recipe

  • Fill in:

    • Title (required)

    • Description (optional) — the subtext displayed on the card

    • Prompt (required) — the request sent to the assistant when the recipe is launched

    • Assistant (optional) — thecustom assistant to link the recipe to; without a chosen assistant, the recipe uses Steeple's default assistant

Edit or delete a recipe

On organization recipe cards, administrators have the actions Edit and Delete. Recipes offered by Steeple cannot be modified.

Who can see these recipes?

An organization recipe is visible to all employees. If it is linked to an assistant, it is only offered to people who have access to that assistant (according to the audience defined for it).
