# Scopes and available actions

## Administration

Reserved for administrators.

* Search for, create, edit, suspend, or reactivate an employee
* Add or remove members from a community
* View and edit services and locations
* View the list of TV screens
* Show or hide the organization's applications

## Directory

* Search for an employee by name, service, location, or community
* View an employee's profile
* List services, locations, and communities

## Posts

* Search Posts by keyword, category, or author
* View the details of a post
* List the categories accessible to the user
* Write a post and **generate its illustration** (with confirmation before publishing)

## Calendar

* View upcoming and past events
* Create an event (with confirmation)
* View and edit the participant list
* Generate a cover image for an event

## Shortcuts

* List the available shortcuts
* Create, edit, or delete a shortcut (depending on permissions)

## Feeds

* List feeds and articles
* View the details of an article
* Create or edit a feed (depending on permissions)

## Jobs

* List Jobs and applications
* View the details of a job posting or an application
* Create or edit a job posting (depending on permissions)

## Notifications

* View notification preferences by domain and by type
* Enable or disable email/mobile notifications for a specific domain or type
* Explain the available notification types

## Messaging

* List conversations
* View the messages in a conversation
* Create a new conversation and send a message (with confirmation)

## Documents

* **Respond based on the content of the Documents** of the organization: the assistant searches the actual text of files, not just their names, and cites the passages it relies on
* Search for a document by name, browse accessible folders
* View the summary of a document

The **sources** used are displayed below the response, with the document name and page; clicking them opens the document. Search only covers the documents you have access to: a file you cannot open in the Documents app will never be cited for you.

## Wiki

* **Respond based on the content of the pages** from the Wiki, citing the pages used
* Find a space or a page
* Create a page or complete an existing page (with confirmation), only in spaces where you can edit

## Profile

* View your account information
* Update certain fields (depending on the organization's settings)

## Permissions

The assistant always respects the user's rights. An action that an employee cannot perform in the Steeple interface also cannot be carried out via the assistant. Administrator-only areas are not offered to other users.
