How do I suspend or reactivate an employee?

Suspension prevents an employee from logging in to Steeple, without removing them from the organization.
Go to the'Administration section Employees (/administration/users).
On the row of the employee concerned, open the actions menu (three-dot icon) and click on Suspend.
The employee will no longer be able to log in while suspended. Their account and data are preserved.
On the row of a suspended employee, open the actions menu (three-dot icon) and click on Restore.
The employee will be able to log in again with their usual credentials.
