How do I suspend or reactivate an employee?

Suspend a user

Suspending prevents a user from logging in to Steeple, without removing them from the organization.

Go to theAdministration, section Users (/administration/users).

On the row of the relevant user, open the actions menu (three-dot icon) and click on Suspend.

The user will no longer be able to log in while suspended. Their account and data are retained.

Reactivate a suspended user

On the row of a suspended user, open the actions menu (three-dot icon) and click on Restore.

The user will be able to log in again with their usual credentials.
