# How do I suspend or reactivate a collaborator?

### Suspend a collaborator

Suspension prevents a collaborator from logging in to Steeple without removing them from the organization.

Go to the**Administration**, section **Collaborators** (`/administration/users`).

On the relevant collaborator's row, open the **actions menu** **⋮** (three dots) and click **Suspend account**.

The collaborator will no longer be able to log in while suspended. Their account and data are retained.

### Reactivate a suspended collaborator

On the row of a suspended collaborator, open the **actions menu** **⋮** (three dots) and click **Restore account**.

The collaborator will be able to log in again with their usual credentials.
