Edit an employee

Go to the 'Administration', section Collaborators (/administration/users).

Click on the name of the collaborator to edit to access their profile, then click the button Edit.

Editable fields

You can edit the following information:

  • First name and Last name

  • Email address

  • Position (job title)

  • Department (select from existing departments)

  • Site (select from existing sites)

  • Phone

  • Role : administrator or member

Note : editing the department or the site of a collaborator may change their communities: they may be automatically added to or removed from dynamic communities according to their rules. If you had given them administrator rights on a community they leave, those rights are removed at the same time.

Save changes

After editing the desired fields, click the Save button to save the changes.
