How to view Communities?

View the list of Communities

Go to theAdministrationsection Communities (/administration/communities).

The page displays all the Communities in your organization. Use the bar Search for a Community to find one by its name.

Information displayed for each Community

• Its type : Main community, Dynamic Community or Manual Community

• Its image and its name

Available actions on each Community

• Create a conversation (envelope icon): create a conversation in Messaging, with the members of the Community already chosen as participants

• Members (people icon): the button displays the number of members; click it to view and manage the members

• Settings (gear icon): edit the Community or delete it

View a collaborator's Communities

From the page Collaborators (/administration/users), each row in the table displays a column Communities with a button indicating the number of Communities. Click it to see the list of Communities to which the collaborator belongs.
