How do I manage services and sites?

Access the management of services and sites

Go to the'Administration section Employees, then go to the page Directory settings (/administration/users/profile-fields).

Services and sites are managed through modals accessible by clicking the pencil button next to the field Services or Locations.

Manage services

Click the pencil button for the field Services to open the management modal.

Add a service

At the top of the modal, enter the name of the new service in the input field and click Add.

Search for a service

Use the search field to find an existing service in the list.

Edit a service

On the row for the relevant service, open the menu (three-dot icon) and click Edit. Enter the new name and confirm.

Delete a service

On the row for the relevant service, open the menu (three-dot icon) and click Delete. A confirmation will be requested. Employees associated with this service will no longer be linked to any service.

Manage sites

The process is identical to that for services. Click the pencil button for the field Locations to open the site management modal.

You can add, search, edit and delete sites in the same way as services.

Using services and sites

Services and sites are displayed in several places:

  • In administration : when adding or editing an employee

  • On the employee profile : in the directory

  • In dynamic communities : for automatic member selection
