How do I manage scheduled departures?

Go to theAdministration, section Employees (/administration/users).
The tab Departures displays the list of scheduled departures. Each entry indicates:
The employee concerned
The departure date planned
On the scheduled date, the employee will automatically be removed from the organization.
If a departure was scheduled by mistake or if the situation has changed, click the cancel action on the row for the departure concerned.
The employee will remain in the organization and their departure will no longer be scheduled.
