# Export the employee list

Go to the**Administration**, section **Collaborators** (`/administration/users`).

Click the button **Export** (export icon) in the page header.

## Available formats

* **CSV** : comma-separated text file, compatible with all spreadsheet software
* **XLSX** : native Excel file

## Receiving the export

The export is not downloaded immediately. An email containing the file is sent to the address of the administrator who started the export.
