My access request is pending, why?

When a community is configured to require approval by an administrator, the membership request is not immediate. After submitting the request, the status changes to "pending."
Wait : a community administrator has been notified of the request and must accept it manually.
Contact an administrator : if the delay seems too long, contact an organization administrator directly so they can approve the request.
Administrators can view and manage pending membership requests. See the article "How do I manage community membership requests?" for the procedure.
With the Administration scope, the assistant can list pending membership requests and accept or reject them.
