My access request is pending, why?

When a community is configured to require approval by an administrator, the membership request is not immediate. After submitting the request, the status changes to "pending."

What should I do?

• Wait : a community administrator has been notified of the request and must accept it manually.

• Contact an administrator : if the delay seems too long, contact an organization administrator directly so they can approve the request.

For administrators

Administrators can view and manage pending membership requests. See the article "How do I manage community membership requests?" for the procedure.

What the assistant can do

With the Administration scope, the assistant can list pending membership requests and accept or reject them.
