# Die Steeple Boxen

### Hardware

Die **Steeple Box** ist ein Elo-Computer unter Android OS, auf den Namen von Steeple registriert, der im **Kiosk-Modus** für die kontinuierliche Anzeige vorgesehen ist.

### Sicherheit

* Verwaltung der Geräteflotte über **EloView**
* Es ist nicht möglich, die Steeple-App zu verlassen oder auf das Betriebssystem zuzugreifen
* Gerät gegen Werkseinstellungen gesperrt
* Fernsperrung möglich
* In das Betriebssystem integrierte Antivirenprogramme
* Für den Betrieb ist eine aktive Internetverbindung erforderlich

### Internetverbindung

* **Unterstützte Typen** : Wi‑Fi, 4G oder Ethernet
* **Erforderliche Ports** : HTTPS über ausgehende TCP-Ports **443** und **8883**
* **IP-Konfiguration** : statische IP-Adresse, Maske und Gateway konfigurierbar; MAC-Reservierung möglich

### Verbrauchte Bandbreite

* **Kleinere Updates** : \~50 MB alle 2–3 Wochen
* **Größere Updates** : \~400 MB alle 6 Wochen
* **Inhaltsaktualisierung** : alle 15 Minuten, \~15 MB oder weniger
* **Empfehlung** : mindestens 1 Mb/s für eine reibungslose Interaktion
