# Berechtigungen und Rollen

## HR-Rolle

Die Rolle **HR** gewährt Zugriff auf alle Funktionen zur Verwaltung von Stellenangeboten und Bewerbungen:

* Stellenangebote erstellen, bearbeiten, veröffentlichen und löschen
* Alle Bewerbungen aller Stellenangebote einsehen
* Den Status von Bewerbungen ändern (Neu → In Prüfung → Angenommen/Abgelehnt)
* Bewerbungen löschen
* Statistiken zu den Aufrufen der Stellenangebote einsehen
* Die Rechte anderer Benutzer verwalten

## Standardbenutzer

Mitarbeitende ohne HR-Rolle können:

* Stellenangebote einsehen **offen** der Gemeinschaften, denen sie angehören
* Sich bewerben in **interner Mobilität** (falls beim Angebot aktiviert)
* Einen Kandidaten empfehlen in **Mitarbeiterempfehlung** (falls beim Angebot aktiviert)
* Ihre eigenen Bewerbungen einsehen und verwalten in **Meine Bewerbungen**

## Die HR-Rolle zuweisen

1. Gehen Sie zu **Jobs** > **Einstellungen** (`/app/jobs/settings`)
2. Suchen Sie den Mitarbeitenden
3. Weisen Sie ihm die HR-Rolle zu

Nur Organisationsadministratoren und bestehende HR-Benutzer können Rollen verwalten.
