# Stellenangebote verwalten

## Stellenangebote auflisten

Seit **Jobs** > **Stellenangebote** (`/app/jobs`), sehen Sie alle Angebote der Organisation.

* Die **HR-Benutzer** sehen alle Angebote, unabhängig von ihrem Status (Entwurf, offen, geschlossen)
* Die **Standardbenutzer** sehen nur die offenen Angebote der Gemeinschaften, denen sie angehören

Sie können Angebote über die Filterleiste nach Status, Vertragsart oder Gemeinschaft filtern.

## Ein Angebot bearbeiten

Klicken Sie auf ein Angebot, um seine Details anzuzeigen, und ändern Sie dann die gewünschten Felder:

* Titel, Beschreibung, Ort, Vertragsart
* Gemeinschaften (Sichtbarkeit)
* Aktivierung/Deaktivierung von Mitarbeiterempfehlungen oder interner Mobilität
* Status des Angebots

## Den Status eines Angebots ändern

Die möglichen Statusübergänge sind:

* **Entwurf → Offen** : veröffentlicht das Angebot und macht es sichtbar
* **Offen → Geschlossen** : archiviert das Angebot, es ist nicht mehr sichtbar

Ein geschlossenes Angebot kann nicht wieder geöffnet werden. Um es erneut zu veröffentlichen, muss das Angebot dupliziert werden.

## Ein Angebot löschen

Das Löschen ist endgültig. Nur HR-Benutzer können ein Angebot löschen.

## Ansichten einsehen

Für jedes offene Angebot können HR-Benutzer sehen, wer das Angebot angesehen hat (Mitarbeitende und TV-Bildschirme).

## Erforderliche Berechtigung

Das Bearbeiten, Veröffentlichen und Löschen von Angeboten erfordert die **HR-Rolle**.
