# Wie verfolge ich die Ansicht von Dokumenten?

### Lesenachverfolgung

Die Docs-App ermöglicht es, nachzuverfolgen, wer ein Dokument aufgerufen hat und wie oft.

#### Verfügbare Informationen

* **Aufrufzähler** : Gesamtzahl der Aufrufe pro Dokument
* **Liste der Leser** : welche Mitarbeitenden das Dokument aufgerufen haben
* **Aufrufdatum** : wann jede/r Mitarbeitende das Dokument geöffnet hat

#### Aufrufstatistiken aufrufen

In den Dokumentdetails wird ein Abschnitt mit den Aufrufinformationen angezeigt.

### Dokumentenfreigabe

Ein Dokument kann auf mehrere Arten geteilt werden:

* **Im Newsfeed veröffentlichen** (News): einen Beitrag zum Dokument mit einer Beschreibung erstellen
* **Link kopieren** : einen internen Link zum Dokument erhalten (erfordert eine Steeple-Authentifizierung)

### Zugriff und Sicherheit

Für Dokumente ist auf Mobilgeräten und Desktop-Geräten eine Authentifizierung erforderlich. Auf TV-Bildschirmen sind Dokumente ohne individuelle Anmeldung zugänglich, was in öffentlichen Bereichen ein Sicherheitsaspekt sein kann.

### Was der Assistent tun kann

Der Assistent kann die Aufrufstatistiken nicht anzeigen. Er kann erklären, wie man in der Docs-App auf die Aufrufverfolgung zugreift.
