# Das Passwort zurücksetzen

Gehen Sie zu**Administration**, Bereich **Mitarbeitende** (`/administration/users`).

Rufen Sie das Profil des betreffenden Mitarbeiters auf, indem Sie auf seinen Namen klicken, und verwenden Sie dann die Aktion zur **Zurücksetzung des Passworts**.

## Was passiert

* Eine E-Mail zum Zurücksetzen wird an die E-Mail-Adresse des Mitarbeiters gesendet
* Der Mitarbeiter erhält einen Link, über den er ein neues Passwort wählen kann
* Das alte Passwort bleibt gültig, bis der Mitarbeiter über den erhaltenen Link ein neues festlegt
