# Wie ändere ich meine E-Mail-Adresse?

### E-Mail-Adresse ändern

Gehen Sie zu **Einstellungen** > **Konto** > **E-Mail-Adresse**.

1. Auf die Schaltfläche zum Bearbeiten klicken
2. Ihre Identität bestätigen
3. Die neue E-Mail-Adresse eingeben
4. Eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail wird an die neue Adresse gesendet
5. Auf den Bestätigungslink in der erhaltenen E-Mail klicken

Solange die neue Adresse nicht bestätigt ist, wird in den Einstellungen der Status „ausstehende Bestätigung“ angezeigt.

### SSO-Einschränkung

Die Änderung der E-Mail-Adresse ist **nicht verfügbar** für Mitglieder von Communities, die SSO-Authentifizierung verwenden. In diesem Fall wird die E-Mail-Adresse vom Identitätsanbieter verwaltet.

### Was der Assistent tun kann

Der Assistent kann die E-Mail-Adresse eines Benutzers nicht ändern. Er kann das Verfahren erklären.
