# Die 8 Säulen eines erfolgreichen Starts

## 1. Ankündigungs-Teasing

Vor der Eröffnung durch eine humorvolle Mini-Kampagne Neugier wecken. Beispiel: *„Ihre Pinnwand geht in Rente“*.

## 2. Koordinierte Eröffnung (Tag X)

Die Einladungen gleichzeitig (8:30–9:00 Uhr) planen, um einen **Effekt kollektiver Dynamik**zu erzeugen, oder einen festen Termin als Rendezvous festlegen.

## 3. Spektakuläre Enthüllung

Wenn Sie Steeple-Bildschirme haben, einen **Countdown in Echtzeit** mit Animation oder Rede einblenden, um den Moment zu markieren.

## 4. Vorbefüllte Plattform

**Steeple niemals leer öffnen.** Im Voraus vorbereiten:

* Eine Veröffentlichung der Geschäftsleitung
* Teamfotos
* Die Agenda
* Nützliche Ressourcen
* Unterhaltsame Umfragen

## 5. Botschaftergruppe

2–3 Tage vor dem Start freiwillige Mitarbeitende auswählen, um:

* Die Plattform testen
* Inhalte veröffentlichen
* Als Multiplikatoren dienen

## 6. Festliches Event

Ein Frühstück und Animationen (Selfies, Quiz, Gewinnspiele) organisieren, um **gemeinsam zu feiern**.

## 7. Botschaft der Geschäftsleitung

Eine offizielle Veröffentlichung der Geschäftsleitung, die:

* Den Ton angibt
* Die Ziele erklärt
* Zur Teilnahme ermutigt

## 8. Abschaffung der alten Tools

Den Übergang klar machen, indem gleichzeitig deaktiviert werden:

* Die papierene Pinnwand
* Die Papier-Newsletter
* Die anderen konkurrierenden Kanäle
