# Wie verwalte ich die Profilfelder?

### Profilfelder verwalten

Gehen Sie zu**Administration**, Bereich **Mitarbeitende**, dann rufen Sie die Seite **Verzeichniseinstellungen** (`/administration/users/profile-fields`).

Diese Seite listet alle für Ihre Organisation konfigurierbaren Profilfelder auf.

### Verfügbare Felder

* **Abteilung** : die Abteilung des Mitarbeiters (mit Verwaltung der Einträge über ein Modal)
* **Standort** : der Standort/Ort des Mitarbeiters (mit Verwaltung der Einträge über ein Modal)
* **Vorgesetzter** : die direkte Führungskraft
* **Position** : die Stellenbezeichnung
* **Eintrittsdatum** : das Datum des Eintritts in die Organisation

### Ein Feld aktivieren oder deaktivieren

Jedes Feld verfügt über einen **Schalter** (Umschalter), um es zu aktivieren oder zu deaktivieren:

* **Aktiviert** : Das Feld wird in den Mitarbeiterakten in der Verwaltung und in den Profilen des Verzeichnisses angezeigt
* **Deaktiviert** : Das Feld wird überall ausgeblendet

### Ein Feld verpflichtend machen

Einige Felder können bei der Aktivierung als verpflichtend festgelegt werden. In diesem Fall muss das Feld für jeden Mitarbeiter ausgefüllt werden.
