# Einen Mitarbeitenden hinzufügen

Gehen Sie zu**Administration**, Bereich **Mitarbeitende** (`/administration/users`).

Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche **Mitarbeiter hinzufügen** (Benutzersymbol mit einem Plus) oben rechts auf der Seite.

## Pflichtangaben

Das Erstellungsformular verlangt mindestens:

* **Vorname**
* **Nachname**
* **E-Mail-Adresse**

Wenn die Authentifizierung über die Personalnummer erfolgt, werden die **Personalnummer** und das **Geburtsdatum** ebenfalls Pflichtfelder.

## Zusätzliche Informationen

Sie können außerdem angeben:

* **Abteilung** (Auswahl unter den vorhandenen Abteilungen)
* **Standort** (Auswahl unter den vorhandenen Standorten)
* **Position** (Jobtitel)
* **Telefon**
* **Rolle** : Administrator oder Mitglied (Mitglied standardmäßig)
* **Profilbild**
* **Zugriff auf die Communities**

## Verzögerte Einladung

Am unteren Ende des Formulars gibt es eine Option, den Mitarbeiter später einzuladen. Das ist nützlich, um den Versand der Einladungen zu einem bestimmten Datum zu koordinieren.

## Massenhinzufügung

Um mehrere Mitarbeiter auf einmal hinzuzufügen, verwenden Sie den Excel-Dateiimport, der über das Aktionsmenü der Seite „Mitarbeiter“ zugänglich ist.
