# Pourquoi mon compte Steeple est suspendu ?

### Compte suspendu

Lorsqu'un compte est suspendu, l'utilisateur ne peut plus accéder à Steeple. Une page dédiée s'affiche avec le message indiquant que l'accès au compte a été suspendu en raison du non-respect des conditions d'utilisation.

### Que faire ?

* **Contacter un administrateur** de l'organisation pour comprendre la raison de la suspension et demander la réactivation
* Se **déconnecter** via le bouton disponible sur la page de suspension

### Côté administrateur

Un administrateur peut suspendre ou réactiver un collaborateur depuis l'administration. La suspension est réversible : le compte et les données sont conservés mais l'accès est bloqué. L'utilisateur ne reçoit plus de notifications pendant la suspension.

### Ce que l'assistant peut faire

Avec le périmètre Administration, l'assistant peut suspendre ou réactiver un collaborateur à la demande d'un administrateur.
