# Comment gérer les demandes d'adhésion aux communautés ?

### Consulter les demandes d'adhésion

Rendez-vous dans l'**Administration**, section **Collaborateurs** (`/administration/users`).

L'onglet **Demandes** affiche la liste des demandes d'adhésion en attente. Chaque demande indique :

* Le **collaborateur** qui souhaite rejoindre une communauté
* La **communauté** ciblée

### Accepter une demande

Cliquez sur le bouton **Accepter** sur la ligne de la demande. Le collaborateur sera ajouté à la communauté et pourra accéder à ses contenus.

### Refuser une demande

Cliquez sur le bouton **Refuser** sur la ligne de la demande. Le collaborateur ne sera pas ajouté à la communauté.

### Traitement en lot

Vous pouvez accepter ou refuser plusieurs demandes en une seule opération en sélectionnant plusieurs demandes.
